One of my favorite memories for distance learning is I got an brand new watch it is such an pretty color the color is light pink and it is a digital watch you can set alarms set the time and an timer. This watch is so cool you can set the day of week the month and the date.

You guys must be sad happy and both because it is lockdown and on the highest level even bigger than alert level 3. I got really sad because I really wanted to go and learn, but I knew this had to happen some time but just be really care full and keep watching the news to get updated about the lockdown. But pray that lockdown gets finished, and we could go back to learning.

Today I will be giving an recount about our Monarch show we had at school.
Monarch Show
On Tuesday 10 of August, we went to a show called Monarch show. It is a show about butterflies. They taught us so many things about butterflies but her granddaughter Leah was working on a speech for school. She hates being at her own house because she has to do cleaning and look after her siblings. Then this lady came in and got so scared because she said why are all the girls here and then Leah said because they came to get educated and then the lady started yelling no no stop the police is gonna come and get the girls they can not get educated oh yes they can then she said stand up girls let’s go and hide then we stood up and leah said no stop sit down then that lady ran away.
So this lady called Mrs Collywood wanted to chop down all the trees to make some other random stuff so then grandma scientist made an case for that and then she could not make it to the court so she asked her granddaughter if she could go for her then she went and got so nervous then she came and sat next to us and said no I am scared when the old lawyer came she said where is grandma scientist and then leah said I am gonna talk for her then when she finished her speech the lawyer got so happy and said yes nothing well be destroyed.
They did so many cool things. One thing was that the grandma scientist put out her leg and then leah acted like a butterfly on top of her. Then she jumped on her back and started walking. It was really cool.

Today I will be writing three facts about the story Maui and the giant fish
1. Maui dreamed of day of him becoming an fisherman but whenever his brothers would come they would make excuses and say no you are way too young to go fishing.
2.Once he hid from them and sat in the waka then the boys wondered way it is so heavy then Maui got out and surprises them but they got really angry.
3. Maui one day proved to them them that he is a strong and good fisherman because he caught such an big fish.
Once there was a man he ran into the horse than the horse started chasing him so then he ran into a cage and in the cage there was a sleeping lion when he saw the lion he tried slowly getting out of the cage and when he tried opening the door it was not opening because he was not pushing hard then he tried opening the lock from outside but he actually locked the door. Then he saw another door and was getting close to it so he could open it and get out but then when he looked inside there was a tiger that was awake so he got so scared and closed that door and when he stood up he was almost about to drop the water that was on the top but then he actually catched it.
When he slowly put that water down a little do run up to the cage and started barking at him he requested the dog to stop barking but the do did not stop barking and then the dog was jumping and moving the cage so the man tried kicking the dog and the dog put his mouth on his shoe and was not coming of then an lady came and saw the man and the man told he by actions that there is a lion in here and the girl fainted and the dog ran away. So then the man tried throwing some water on the girl but then the lion woke up and the man made a big noise and ran to the side and started acting like an statue when the lion came up to him he sniffed the man and went and sat down again the man was really supriesed.
So then he started acting really tough and then the girl came to him and opened the door and she told him let's go and he was like wait let me got to the lion and say bye when he went to the lion the lion roared at him and he ran so fast really quickly and got on to the pole and the girl locked the door and came and started looking at him and then she told him to come down and he came down like an butterfly the end.
During the holidays, my cousins and I went to Eden Park because there was an EID program over there. We got there in a car and my brother took us. All of us left the house at 12:30 in the morning and came back at 2:10. It was so exciting we first tried looking for a fun thing we could do but mostly all of them were full. So we could not do it then we went to get some fresh made Donuts, and then we were just walking around because there was nothing to do, but then we got some more food, and it was called Toro Churro it was so delicious straight after we go some hot fresh mad Toro Churro we went home and shared some with my Cousins and Family and that was the end of our day.

On Wednesday 7th and Tuesday 6th of July we did bike Riding and I was in the training group where I could learn how to ride the bike. On the first day I couldn't peddle that much but then me and my friend Asmah got so good at it on the second day. I got so much better then I was last time I got so proud of myself even my parents did. But me and Asmah got so sad because we could not do anymore bike riding. Here is a photo of us Bike Riding.

Today we got subway from Kainga Ora it is because our class did an kids survey from Kainga Ora and they picked us because we had good Ideas for them. So we ate Subway and we got an delicious Sandwiches and a water bottle with a great tasting cookie It was spectacular here is a photo of our whole class with there Subway.

Today In class we made origami and what I did for origami is that I made A simple dimple pop it it actually worked it is so cool it was really easy for me to make but something that got a little tricky was when we had to make it join together and also had to keep it up straight so it was bumpy. We started some interesting summer learning journey for 2020-2021 and I did something so cool witch was colouring. know I want you guys to pick witch one is my one and with one is the real one just a little challenge.
In the last two week we learnt about what well being is? and how we could eat healthy food. On Monday we also had hunger ball were we going in a bouncy castle kind of thing without the bottom part and we were on the floor and we played lots of different kinds of games. Here is a picture.
Salam Bloggers this year Hay park school Seniors participated in the wonder project and we had to have some ambassadors to participate. Sadly we could not find any but some one amazing accepted to help us make our own rocket so we are really lucky to have that ambassador and his name is Colm. Last time we went to Keith Hay Park and blasted of our rockets it was amazing and really fun. So Here are some videos.
Hey Bloggers On Wednesday I stayed home and this is what I did so have a look a leave a kind thoughtful and Helpful Comment.
Beginning: On Wednesday 19/5/21 I stayed home because it was raining and my mum did not want me to get wet and sick in the rain. So I went to my aunt's house and had so much fun. I played games and did drawings after my dad took me my mum and my aunty to someone's house and when we went there it was so exciting.
Middle: When we came back from that ladys house we dropped our aunty to her house and went home to pick our brother and sister up from school. Then when we picked up my brother and sister we went back home my brother and sister changed there clothes and had lunch when they were done having lunch my brother and I had to get ready for mosque and then we went to mosque we started reading our holy book and then we had a class session were we read some stories about our prophets in a circle.
End: When we went mosque we picked our secret eid person so we could bring them a gift this Friday and I did not pick my person so I am gonna pick my person today and go bring them a gift this Friday it was so exciting at mosque then we went home and had some dinner and when we were done eating dinner we had some milk and after the milk we all went to bed. The End.

Today I will be telling you what we do in Ramadan So basically we wake up at 4:30 and my mum makes Suhor) Suhor is food that we eat at night and can not eat after a time limit) okay then when she makes Suhor we eat it and go pray and then when we are done praying we go sleep when we wake up in the morning we wake up and wait tell sunset and when the sunsets we start eating. We did an amazing summery about this short film Bao and this is it and I also have a little picture of Bao at the end of this summery Thank you.
Beginning: One peaceful day the mum was making some delicious dumplings when she was done cooking it she took it to the dining table and placed it there. So she could eat it with the dad. When she gave it to the dad he gobbled it all up at once But she had a sad looking face. So when the mum was about to eat her first dumpling she bit the side of the dumpling and heard a noise similar to a baby's noise so she got extremely frightened. On hearing that noise she took that dumpling out of her mouth and saw it. It was Bao a little tiny baby she got so excited that she picked him up in her hands and give him love.
Middle: She took Bao everywhere so he could not get lost but then on day she was doing yoga with her friends and she left Bao on the grass alone when she was doing yoga a dog came from somewhere and put Bao in his mouth and the dog started running with Bao in his mouth but then the mum started running after the dog and got Bao out of his mouth and got so happy that he is still alive. Another day when Bao was on the grass and these boys were playing soccer they were about to kick Bao with the ball so the mum did a big slide across the grass to save Bao then they went home all safe.
End: He grew up and got a girlfriend then he started hating his mum who took so much care of him. One day he got all his belongings and was about to leave the home and the mum go so upset that she said stop don’t go. He kept on refusing to his mum that she got so angry and put him in her mouth and started crying because she thought she swallowed Bao through her throat and in to her tummy but then after when she was going to bed she felt so upset that she saw a shadow of Bao but in bigger version. When she looked back it was her son Bao but then she immediately turned around and laid down on the bed but Bao came in and sat down on the bed with a little meal for him and his mum to eat then the mum turned around to eat it and they both were so happy and started cooking dumplings with everyone in there family. THE END!
